I started my private practice to provide individual therapy that focused on the intersection of Trauma and the LGBTQ+ identity and experience. This has become my specialization and passion. Over the years, I have felt pulled to do more, but unsure of what that looked like. Now, I feel compelled to seek opportunities to educate others in my profession, as well as, in my community. What better way to contribute to the integrity and future of my beloved social work profession than to educate and mentor aspiring social workers/social service workers and community members? I am seeking to provide opportunities to reach people beyond my therapy office and to share my knowledge and experience to amplify the impact of social work.

My style is direct, interactive, and contemporary. Participants will be asked to participate in facilitated discussions and activities in both small and large groups, which may require physical movement around the hosted space. Trainings and Workshops may be requested to be formal or informal. I typically utilize a powerpoint presentation and activities that involve writing utensils and paper.
